Outlaw

The TV series “Outlaw” is on a hot streak this spring, being selected for Berlinale Series Market Selects, winning a Danish Academy Award for “Best Short TV series” and is now in competition at Series Mania in the Short Form Competition. We are so proud and excited! “Outlaw” will premiere at Series Mania on March 22nd. Time and place will be announced soon. “Outlaw” synopsis: Outlaw (8 x 15') is a drama series about a young man’s fight for his place in life. Mohammed lives a calm and steady life with his girlfriend Ida but loses everything as he is charged with armed robbery and remanded in custody. He experiences racism and betrayal and with time he loses faith in his dreams. He is later introduced to a new community which gives him a feeling of belonging meanwhile he distances himself further from his old life. The series is based on true events.
